"W-w-w-w-what is wrong?" is ambigously written, in that it can be read as either that or "With no doubt".
"Without you, I'd be no more" is weird in that the specific word used ("無い") is normally only used for inanimate objects.
"I drag you across the dry floor"; the character used for "dry" here is different between the lyrics and what's shown in the video. The word in the video ("渇") usually specifically refers to a dry throat.
"If you weren’t around, I would be a goddess by now!"; The word used here ("高嶺" (takane)) is usually associated with a term that translates to "flower on a high peak", which refers to an attractive thing or person that feels out of reach.
Fun fact: The woman in the original PV and on the in-game jacket is named Misaki, and she actually has a full design. She even has merch!
